Refund & Cancellation

At Bioplus Healthcare Pvt Ltd, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Full Refund Possible If:

  1. you received a defective item;
  2. Incorrect product has been delivered against that ordered
  3. the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date

14 Day Return Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at shop.naturesonly.com - you can return all items within 14 days of receiving the product. However, please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will make a bank transfer to your account within 10 days after receiving your bank details.

Please note that you may be charged for the delivery fee and the pickup fee as applicable.

Return Policy

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at cs@naturesonly.com within 14 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request.

Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order before it is dispatched, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
